Liar's Dice Update - The Law Won

I guess it was bound to happen, as it is said that the cream rises to the top, or in the case of Liar's Dice, the bottom. 

 

 

It was a distinguished member of the legal profession who took home the title and all the riches that come along with the achievement. That's right our own Scott Walter is the reigning champion of Liar's Dice sponsored by the UFLDP, sponsored by Heineken®, in a fiercely contested battle at the historic Pete Myles pavilion at Miller's Falls. As Scott ripped the UFLDP Cup, sponsored by Heineken®, from the hands of the Commissioner and thrust it skyward he could be heard from miles away screaming "That's right! Suck it motherf...." or something like that. Not to be outdone his lovely bride also screamed with joy as she realized that the UFLDP Cup, sponsored by Heineken®, would be proudly displayed on the mantle of the Walter-Salyer (or Salyer-Walter) estate (who could blame her).

 

 

 

The tense final showdown was a match between the inaugural UFLDP, sponsored by Heineken®, champ Bill Pinciotti and Walter but the counselor would not be denied and as a result he vaulted to the top of the UFLDP, sponsored by Heineken®, season standings. 

In other news, Wednesday was a sad day and the end of an era. None other than the judge herself was weeping profusely as a legend was trailered off into the sunset. 

 

 

 

We know the residents of Staircase Falls in particular are shattered by this development. Stiff upper lip and all that, folks. 

 

Heineken & UFLDP, sponsored by Heineken®, In Negotiations With BCC Trivia

Heineken & the UFLDP, sponsored by Heineken®, in an effort to continually expand on their entertainment empire, have entered into very preliminary negotiations to add BCC Trivia. The 3 sides hope to nail down an agreement in advance of next month's Trivia Extravaganza.  

 

A possible sticking point is the insistence in a separate NIL contract that is being demanded by BCC's Lord of Trivia, Russ Small. In a highly unconventional move it seems the Trivia Lord is looking for compensation to NOT include his Name, Image, and Likeness in future UFLDP, sponsored by Heineken®, marketing campaings. 

 

Unconventional. But compelling nonetheless.

(I mean, have you seen him? That was totally uncalled for. The crack marketing staff is going to need a good talking to)
